PRAXIS Management Consultancy is registered in Abu Dhabi. We advise operators on how to look after their assets, and we build the instruments that tell us how those assets are behaving. That includes the IoT sensors installed in the field and the software that turns what they record into a maintenance decision.
Between us the team has more than 15 years of experience across rail, utilities, oil and gas, and logistics in the GCC. Our clients are transport authorities, utility operators, energy companies, and port and airport operators.
A great deal of infrastructure data in the GCC sits in a spreadsheet on somebody's laptop, or was never collected at all. Advice built on that is guesswork wearing a suit. It is why we built Sensored, and why an engagement with us usually starts by finding out what is actually being measured.
The engineers who scope the work are the ones who do it.
We are a small firm, and deliberately so. The people who sit in the scoping meeting are the people who write the report and commission the sensors. Between them the leadership team covers Gulf asset management practice on one side and embedded and data engineering on the other, which is what it takes to run Sensored in the field rather than in a demo.

Active and completed engagements across the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai), with additional project experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, and the State of Qatar. Sensored-instrumented assets are hosted exclusively on UAE-based cloud infrastructure regardless of deployment geography.
